Except as set out below, we do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any personally identifiable information collected at this site. If this policy should change in the future (most unlikely), then we shall provide notification in advance, and the opportunity for all users to indicate whether or not they would prefer that we do not provide the information to third parties as proposed.
We do not market to children. We do collect data on children over 15 years of age who may join to use our service. Such child members will inevitably visit other parts of the site and will be subject to whatever on site marketing they find, wherever they visit.

What kind of air is in the cylinder?

The cylinder contains compressed air, which is the same air as the ambient air that everyone breathes. It is also the same air that is contained in conventional diving cylinders.

      Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We have a 12 month warranty on our products. You can find more information in the User Manual & Safety Guidelines.

How do I know how much air is in the DiveO2 tank?

The DiveO2 has an integrated pressure gauge which allows you to easily check the air pressure.

What depth can the DiveO2 operate at?

For user safety, the DiveO2 is restricted to a maximum diving depth of 3m. Nothing will prevent you from descending further. However it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to descend beyond 3 meters.

What happens if I descend below 3 meters deep?

Nothing will happen to your DiveO2 cylinder, this limit has been set solely to limit the risk to users. Even at 1 meter depth, there are risks to the user so safety instructions must be followed.

The DiveO2 complies with PPE (EU)2016/425 tested to standard EN 250:2014 Respiratory equipment. This is the European standard for diving equipment to meet the demands placed on it at depth and under high breathing loads. This involved testing the device at a breathing rate of 62.5 l min-1, submerged in water at a pressure of 6 BAR absolute (equivalent to a depth of 50M). However, the use of any Lung product beyond a depth of 3M is prohibited.

How long does it take to refill?

      With the O2 Hand Pump:

      -Around 15-20 minutes

You must refill the cylinder in 5 minute sessions and let the pump cool down for one or two minutes because of the heat caused by the high pressure.

      With the 12v mini compressor:

      -10 minutes

Can I fly with the DiveO2?

Yes. When transporting the DiveO2 via air, you MUST remove all air from the cylinder and unscrew the regulator. You will also need to declare that the cylinder is empty and open. Visual and Hydrostatic tests should be completed before use. After using any Our products, allow a 24-hour window before flying.

Can I use my own pump / compressor?

Our DiveO2 tanks are only compatible with Our products refilling methods. Our O2 Hand Pump and O2 Air Compressor have built in air and oil filters to ensure the air is clean and safe.

      How safe is the DiveO2?

Although DiveO2 is designed for shallow water exploration there are inherent risks with ALL water activities. However, abiding by the Safety
Guidelines can help to minimize those risks and ensure a safer experience.

For user safety it is strictly forbidden to use any Lung product beyond a depth of 3m.

What age can the DiveO2 be used at?

      18+

All users must ensure they have read and fully understand the Safety Guidelines and User Manual
